E! News host Giuliana Rancic, stepped out at the 19th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards looking radiant in a blue Max Azria Atelier gown. Rancic kept her accessories minimal pairing her gown with stunning diamond drop earrings and a ring.

Giuliana walked the red carpet prior to her hosting duties for the E! News Live from the Red Carpet special with co-host Ryan Seacrest.
